1. These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are the rules for furnus.ai and the services Furnus (“we,” “us”) runs on it. That includes browsing the site, creating an account, contacting us, and using any portal or workspace areas we provide.

By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Other documents sit alongside these Terms:

• Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice cover personal information.
• If we send you a written contract through the site, that contract is a separate agreement. These Terms cover the website. The signed contract covers that engagement. If the two conflict on the subject of that engagement, the signed contract controls.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the site. To create an account you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

You may keep one account. The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Your account

Some parts of the site require an account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your login. Keep your password and sign-in details to yourself. Do not use another person’s account or share yours. If you think someone else used your login, tell us.

If you sign in with Google, Google’s own terms apply to that sign-in. We receive the account details Google sends us so we can recognize you.

We may suspend or close an account if these Terms are broken, if we need to protect the site or other people, or if the law requires it. You can ask us to close your account by emailing info@furnus.ai.

4. Use of the site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the site to learn about our organization, contact us, and use any portal areas we provide. You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• scrape, harvest, or collect data at scale, or use bots or automated means except for legitimate search-engine indexing;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to, probe, or disrupt the site, its servers, or other people’s use of it;
• circumvent security, access controls, or usage limits;
• upload malicious code, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

5. Content you submit

If you send us messages, forms, or other content, you keep ownership of that content. You grant us a license to use it as needed to operate the site and respond to you. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

The site and materials we publish are owned by Furnus or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as allowed by these Terms or with our written permission.

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furnus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Furnus against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. The updated version applies when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
